License Renewal & Cancellation Policy

At softkeygo.shop, we make managing your software licenses simple, transparent, and hassle-free.

1. License Duration

Each software license is valid for 12 months from the date of your order confirmation.

2. Expiration & Data Access

• When your license expires, the software will stop functioning.

• You will retain access to your data so you can backup your files before the license ends.

3. Renewal Notifications

• We send a reminder email 15 days before your license expires.

• You can renew your license or let it lapse — the choice is yours.

4. Renewal Process & Pricing

• Renewal pricing matches your original purchase price.

• Renewals can be made through any authorized reseller.

• When upgrading to a newer version, you can migrate your data using a backup file for a smooth transition.

5. Data Backup & Migration

To update to a newer version:

1. Back Up Your Data: Save a backup of your company file before uninstalling the old version.

2. Install the New Version: Follow the installation instructions.

3. Restore Your Company File:

   • Open the software.

   • Go to File > Open or Restore Company.

   • Select your existing company file and follow the prompts.
