1. Digital Product Nature & Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, license keys are delivered instantly via email. Once a license key has been delivered, it cannot be physically returned or “undone.” Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once the key is issued, except in the following specific circumstances:
– The license key was never delivered to your email (system error).
– The incorrect product/version was issued due to an error on our part.
– The license key is proven to be defective or invalid upon delivery.

2. Defective or Invalid Keys (Damages and Issues)
We ensure every customer receives a fully functional license key. If you encounter an activation issue:
– Report Within 7 Days: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your license key.
– Information Needed: Please provide your order details, proof of purchase, and a full screenshot of the error message encountered during activation.
– Resolution: Once our technical team verifies the defect, we will immediately issue a replacement key or a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Order Accuracy & Changes
Please verify your system requirements and order details carefully before completing your purchase. Once a key is generated and sent, we cannot exchange it because you selected the wrong software or wrong operating system.

4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
