1. License Duration & Types
The duration of your software license depends entirely on the specific product purchased:
– Perpetual/Lifetime Licenses: These licenses do not expire and require no renewal. They are valid for the lifetime of the software on the activated device.
– Subscription Licenses (Time-Limited): If you purchased a subscription-based product (e.g., 12-month licenses), the validity period starts from the date of your order confirmation.
2. Expiration & Software Functionality
For subscription-based software, the license will stop functioning once the expiration date is reached. To avoid any service interruption, please ensure your license is renewed before the expiration date. We highly recommend backing up any personal data or software configurations prior to the license end date.
3. Renewal Notifications
For time-limited or subscription software, we will send a reminder email to your registered email address 15 days before your license is set to expire. You can choose to renew your license or let it lapse—the choice is completely yours.
4. Renewal Process & Pricing
Renewals can be processed directly through our store by purchasing a new activation key for the corresponding software. Renewal pricing will be clearly displayed on our store at the time of renewal. No automated or hidden charges will ever be applied to your payment method without your explicit checkout confirmation.
5. Software Upgrades & Data Maintenance
When upgrading a software product to a newer version or activating a new key:
– Always follow the official software manufacturer guidelines for installations.
– We highly recommend saving a secure backup of your software files or data before uninstalling an older version or applying a new activation key.
6. Cancellation Policy
Since payments on softkeygo.shop are strictly one-time purchases and we do not enforce forced automatic recurring billing, there is no subscription to “cancel.” If you no longer wish to use a subscription-based software, simply allow the license key to lapse at the end of its term.
